Scope
These terms cover your use of the hollend.com website. They are not the terms of any quote, order or installation contract — those are set out in the documents covering that work, and where the two differ, the contract governs.
Information on this site
Product descriptions, gallery images and service descriptions are provided to help you evaluate whether to get in touch. They are not an offer, and nothing on this site is a quote or a commitment to a price, a lead time or availability. A quote is only a quote when Hollend Furnishings issues it to you in writing.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not reserve stock, capacity or a price. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the form; use the phone number or address on the Contact page instead.
Personal information
Personal information you send through this site is handled under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. Where the two differ on the handling of personal information, the Privacy notice governs.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to meet our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. If any part of this site prevents you from getting information you need, tell us and we will provide it another way — contact details are on the Contact page.
The customer portal
Access to the portal is granted by Hollend Furnishings and is for the person or organisation it was issued to. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it you have not been given, submit automated bulk requests, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Intellectual property
The Hollend Furnishings name, logo, site text and project photography belong to Hollend Furnishings or to the manufacturers and clients concerned. Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent the law allows, Hollend Furnishings is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
